Governance
Good corporate governance is an important factor in creating shareholder value, and UBM is committed to high standards of governance throughout the group.
We support the principles set out in the UK Combined Code and
review our corporate governance policies annually, with any changes
detailed in the annual report. Good communication is an important
part of corporate governance, and the Board believes it is
important to have a clearly defined process for communicating with
our shareholders.
